A native of Los Angeles, John Gonzalez received a BFA in Acting, Playwrighting and Directing from Seattle's Cornish College of the Arts. He has worked in the theatre for over 20 years as an actor (most notably as Richard III with the Washington Shakespeare Festival), director (his direction of Steven Dietz' Trust and Rupert Holmes' Accomplice received critical and popular acclaim) and as a playwright (QWERTYUIOP recently received an Equity Staged Reading off-Broadway.)
Synopsis
